Returns

At Furniturelux, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive returns policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Returns Process:

If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt. We will ask for your order number and the reason for the return. Once we have this information, we will provide you with a return authorization number.

Returns Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns on used products or products that have been modified or damaged. Additionally, all accessories and manuals must be included in the original packaging.

Costs:

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to our warehouse if they do no like the item. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, minus any shipping charges.

Exceptions:

We cannot accept returns on items that have been damaged due to improper use or maintenance.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. If you have any questions regarding your refund, please contact our customer service team.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you in selecting a new product and arranging for the return of the original item.

Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 42 hours of receiving the account. We will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you and provide instructions for returning the damaged item at no cost.
